Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to lead our application development efforts as an Application Lead. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in .NET Full Stack development and a strong understanding of web development frameworks, database management, and cloud services. As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications, collaborating with teams, and guiding your team through the development process. Your role will require balancing technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications as the primary point of contact

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met

• Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through the development process

• Engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals

• Balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration

• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any roadblocks

Requirements
Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in .NET Full Stack development

• 5 years of relevant experience in .NET Full Stack development

• Proficiency in .NET Full Stack Development

• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies

• Experience with database management and optimization techniques

• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies

• Ability to implement best practices in software development and project management

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development

• 15 years of full-time education required
