As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will serve as the primary interface between clients and our systems, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to understand client needs and design effective resolutions. With a strong background in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, you will collaborate with various teams to address technical challenges and provide top-notch support to clients.

Experience: 4-7 years
Responsibilities

• Perform independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Windows Server Administration

• Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to the development of best practices for system administration

• Provide solutions to work-related problems and assist in the implementation of best practices

• Offer training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, and provide expertise on server configuration and management

Requirements
Requirements:

• Must-have Skills:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration
+ Strong understanding of server configuration and management
+ Experience with troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues
+ Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows servers
+ Knowledge of network protocols and services related to server administration

• Additional Requirements:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration
+ 15 years of full-time education
+ Based at our Bengaluru office
