Summary:
As an Application Lead specializing in Microsoft FSD React.js, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and deployment of high-quality applications. You will serve as the primary technical authority and point of contact, leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that align with both business objectives and user requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping technical direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring adherence to best practices. With 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft FSD React.js, you will guide your team through complex challenges, facilitate strategic decision-making, and promote continuous learning through knowledge sharing. This role is critical in maintaining technical excellence and delivering scalable, maintainable applications in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead technical strategy for React.js-based applications.

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring effective task delegation, performance monitoring, and team growth.

• Make key technical and architectural decisions that impact project outcomes and team execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals and project timelines.

• Provide scalable, efficient solutions to technical challenges across teams and projects.

• Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adapt plans proactively to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements
Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Microsoft FSD React.js development.

• Deep expertise in front-end development principles, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and the React.js ecosystem.

• Strong proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

• Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming patterns.

• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (15 years of full-time education required).

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work onsite at the Bengaluru office.
