Must-Have: The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are achieved, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning and decision-making to optimize application performance and user experience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the field.

• Collaborate with and manage the team to drive performance.

• Make team decisions and provide input on key decisions across multiple teams.

• Offer solutions to problems for the immediate team and other teams.

• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

• Good-To-Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

• Experience in managing cloud-based applications and services.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

• This position is based at our Pune office.

• A 15-year full-time education is required.
