Job Summary:



The Medical Officer - Client Relations Management will act as a key liaison between the company and its healthcare clients, ensuring effective coordination, service quality, and professional support. The role involves overseeing case evaluations, providing medical opinions, handling client queries, and maintaining strong relationships with partner hospitals, TPAs, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary medical point of contact for clients (hospitals, TPAs, insurance partners, and corporates). Review and validate medical documents and case summaries for accuracy and completeness. Provide medical justification or clarification for claims and pre-authorization requests. Coordinate with internal operations and claims teams to ensure timely case resolutions. Handle escalations and ensure effective communication and service delivery to clients. Participate in client meetings and review sessions to discuss performance metrics and service improvements. Support the training of non-medical staff in understanding medical processes and terminologies. Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure adherence to company service standards. Maintain updated records and documentation of client communications and feedback. Assist in medical audits, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

BAMS / BHMS / BPT or equivalent medical qualification.

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, client management, or medical review. Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and insurance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. Analytical ability with attention to detail in reviewing medical documents and justifications. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with hospital or claims management systems preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
