Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

For BDE / Sales Executive / Customer Relationship Executive:

Identify and engage potential clients/customers through cold calls, emails, and social media. Present and pitch products or services effectively. Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries or concerns. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

For Content Writer / Journal Executive:

Research and write high-quality content on assigned topics. Proofread and edit articles for grammar, clarity, and consistency. Maintain SEO best practices and meet publishing deadlines. Coordinate with editorial teams and contribute creative ideas.

For Academic Counselor:

Counsel students regarding academic programs and career options. Guide them in choosing appropriate courses based on interests and goals. Follow up with inquiries and assist with the admission process. Maintain accurate records and student databases.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.). [Optional: Knowledge of CRM tools, SEO basics, or sales tools is a plus.]
