Job Description
Managing a set of Channel Partners. Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer Acquisition, retention a Store Operations. Training to improve staff productivity and Quality. Execute various sales strategies & programs in collaboration with Channel Partners to achieve sales target. Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers- like BTL Elements, Promotional Campaigns, Mall Activation Events Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territory Corporate Tie-ups to generate new revenue streams. Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for them Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
