Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing, outreach, and admissions-driven activities for the assigned cluster. This role requires strong leadership, local market understanding, and the ability to drive enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
cluster-level marketing and admissions strategies
to achieve enrollment targets
Lead, train, and monitor a team of marketing executives across the assigned areas
Plan and execute field marketing, branding, roadshows, events, and community outreach programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with apartments, corporates, play schools, preschools, and local influencers
Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance; prepare regular MIS and reports for management
Coordinate with school leadership, admissions, and academic teams to align marketing efforts
Manage vendor relationships for printing, advertising, and promotional activities
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to optimize marketing plans
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5-8 years
of experience in marketing, preferably in the
education sector
Prior experience managing
multiple locations or clusters
is mandatory
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proven track record of driving admissions or business growth
In-depth knowledge of
Chandanagar, Nallagandla, Gopanpally, and Gundlapochampally
areas
Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster
