We are seeking skilled
Operators / Watchkeepers
to support the delivery and monitoring of our state-of-the-art digital guard services. This vital position reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in providing real-time operational support to client vessels navigating through global high-risk routes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maritime Monitoring & Incident Support
Monitor client vessels transiting high-risk areas using our advanced digital platform.
Identify and respond to maritime security events, providing fast and accurate information to vessels and key stakeholders.
Issue time-critical incident reports to client vessels and internal teams.
Intelligence Gathering
Monitor social media, maritime intelligence channels, and other open/closed sources to detect emerging threats.
Escalate risk-related findings and provide proactive advisory support to clients and partners.
Operational Support
Coordinate with maritime stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of our digital services.
Support the development and rollout of new digital service lines.
Support our clients with Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) management
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
- Background in maritime/shipping operations such as MAC, naval/defence operations, or similar marine security roles.
- Solid understanding of commercial shipping operations, maritime security, and compliance standards.
- Strong IT proficiency, especially using Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Willingness to work shift schedules covering 24/7/365 watchkeeping operations.
