Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive Marathi language and literature lessons for secondary school students.

• Create lesson plans that engage and inspire students, catering to their diverse learning needs.

• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.

• Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement and growth.

• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the curriculum.

• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively.

• Continually update subject knowledge and teaching strategies through professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Marathi or a related field.

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree or equivalent teaching certification.

• Proven experience in teaching Marath at the secondary school level.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
