Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets through site sales and direct customer interaction
Conduct site visits, negotiations, and closures
Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation
Ensure all sales commitments comply with
RERA guidelines
Update and manage leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
Requirements
Min 4 years Exp in real estate site sales or direct sales
Knowledge of real estate sales processes
Experience working with channel partners
Strong communication and negotiation skills
