Job Description

Looking for a hands-on Hiring Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment. Major focus on Non-IT hiring with some exposure to IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end hiring for Non-IT roles & IT Roles (Sales, Ops, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing & Data-Media Team)

- Stakeholder coordination & requirement understanding

- Sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer closures

- Bulk & lateral hiring

- Hiring reports

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong Non-IT recruitment experience (mandatory)

- Portals: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Preferred:

- Experience in fast-growing/startup/manufacturing setups

- Ability to work independently & close positions quickly

Note: Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
