Role Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Hiring Manager

to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for

non-IT roles

, ranging from

blue-collar workers to senior leadership positions

. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, hands-on sourcing expertise, and strong stakeholder management to drive high-quality hiring outcomes across diverse functions and industries.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Hiring Execution

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles across levels (technicians, operations, sales, admin, leadership) Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs

Sourcing & Screening

Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and field outreach Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit across skill levels

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with internal teams and clients to align hiring priorities and timelines Provide consultative support to hiring managers on market trends and talent availability

Process Optimization

Implement and improve recruitment workflows, TATs, and candidate experience Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and generate hiring reports

Vendor & Field Coordination

Manage third-party staffing vendors for bulk and blue-collar hiring Conduct field visits and job fairs as needed for volume hiring drives

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to labor laws, hiring policies, and documentation standards Support onboarding and pre-employment checks for selected candidates

Ideal Candidate Profile



Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field

Experience:

Minimum 6 years in recruitment, with strong exposure to non-IT hiring across levels

Industry Background:

Staffing, HR consulting, manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, or similar

Skills Required:

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Familiarity with blue-collar hiring channels and senior-level search techniques Proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms Ability to manage high-volume hiring with speed and quality
