Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales.
Build and maintain client and broker relationships.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Track market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Proven real estate sales experience (preferably Mohali region).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
