is the accreditation support arm for Cognia (formerly AdvancED). SERI works as a collaboration partner / External Support Agency (ESA) for Cognia and aims to identify and introduce schools of quality and repute to Cognia. Additionally, SERI endeavours to work towards the holistic improvement of K-12 education at a global level by bringing the best global practices for improvement to schools, academia, students, and the education fraternity at large.
Role Purpose
We are looking for an
experienced, result-oriented Hiring Manager
to manage recruitment for different profiles across the organization as and when requirements arise. The role demands a
positive, proactive professional
who can work under pressure, ensure timely closures, and is seeking a
long-term association
with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
Understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and timelines from management
Source candidates through
Indeed and other job portals
, databases, and networks
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
Ensure timely and quality closure of open positions
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Coordinate offer rollouts and candidate engagement till joining
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process
Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong experience with

Ability to hire across diverse profiles
Technical Skills
Well-versed in MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Recruitment tracking, documentation, and reporting
Familiarity with ATS and online recruitment tools
