Budget, MIS, & Audits:

Annual Budget - Opex & Capex, MIS Reporting Oversee financial concurrence & Monthly tracking to identify variances and implement corrective actions Monthly MIS for Biologics Plant Cost audit / Statutory Audit / Physical stock verifications etc. Product Costing, cost Sheet review Calculate Product MRP for scheduled and non-scheduled items, ensuring adherence to government compliance requirements

Operations, Compliance & Payables:

PR release, GIIR review Vendor Payments, Advance payment release based on approval and tracking Audit of project vendors and reconciliation materials with inwards quantities for Civil works. Monthly closing of Books of Accounts, Day to Day Accounting Quarterly cost estimates & release after calculating Absorption rate, new products or BOM change. Issue of Form V for schedule and non-schedule products. Yearly MRP calculation for schedule products based on WPI issued by NPPA, Half - yearly MRP revision scope working Daily review of condition record for correctness of MRP, Recipe overview and correction

* New product costing, Cost comparison with reference to Plant change, API rate revision.
