- Experience in Soft phone Dialer- VICI DIALER
- Experienced in IT/Computer hardware problem solving
- Sound Knowledge in LAN WAN Configuration
- Switches and Firewall and Skype Set up Experience
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients
- Sound Knowledge on hardware and networking
Qualifications
- Expert in ViCi Dialer
- Able to handle switch router
- Excellent in hardware & networking
- Awesome in taking care of LAN connection
