As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for the development and configuration of software systems, overseeing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, utilizing various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Actively participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

• Analyze project requirements and design software solutions aligned with client expectations.

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.

• This position is based at our Kolkata office.

• A 15 years full-time education is required.
