About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales professional
who can bridge the gap between customer needs and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver customized, high-value proposals and demos. You'll play a pivotal role in
driving revenue through consultative solutioning
and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the pre-sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis:
Understand client business challenges, goals, and technical requirements to craft effective cloud-based solutions.
Product Demonstrations & POCs:
Conduct impactful product demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase solution value.
Proposal Development:
Prepare customized proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and assist in documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
Technical Consultation:
Act as a trusted technical advisor, simplifying complex concepts and aligning solutions with customer objectives.
Technical Query Resolution:
Address and resolve client technical questions with accuracy and confidence.
Market Awareness:
Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and cloud innovations to strengthen solution positioning.
Client Onboarding & Handover:
Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer to post-sales and implementation teams for seamless client experience.
Collaboration:
Partner with sales, deployment, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in the pre-sales process.
Continuous Improvement:
Capture client feedback to inform product and go-to-market enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in
Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales Support
.
Strong understanding of
SaaS, Cloud Solutions, or IT Services
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into
business value
.
Experience using
CRM tools
(Salesforce, HubSpot) and demo platforms.
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Computer Science, Business
, or a related field.
Strong convincing skills and
target-oriented mindset
.
Preferred:
Exposure to
Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or Microsoft 365
ecosystem.
Prior experience with
technical proposal writing
and RFP responses.
Basic knowledge of
APIs, integrations, and enterprise architectures
.
Familiarity with
B2B or Enterprise software sales
.
