Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Malakpet , Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a TAE in a US IT staffing firm you are primarily responsible for driving company growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the firm's footprint in the US IT staffing market.

Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: Actively research, identify, and develop new client accounts for IT staffing services in the US market through direct outreach, networking, cold calling, email campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

:

2-5 years of international outbound calling experience mandatory.

2-5 years of International Calling experience in (Outbound Calling)

Any experience into International Outbound calling (Customer service , Health Care, Sales)

Ability to build strong client relationships ,Self-motivated and goal-oriented Regular attendance is an essential function of the job Any Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in MS office Candidate should be in 10-12 kms radios from office of ready for relocation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
