:

Would be responsible for "2COMS GROUP's" internal recruitment process.
Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements in different categories.
Strong understanding and hiring experience on different skill sets.
Screening, shortlisting, negotiation and coordinating with the recruitment process.
Should be responsible in handling the end to end recruiting process and meeting strict deadlines of business units
Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc.
Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing the resources on time.
Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills.

Minimum exp - 6months- 3yrs in any kind of domestic hiring.
