Relationship Manager / Sales Manager - Retail Agency Channel

Compensation:
CTC: Best As Per Industry (based on last drawn salary & experience)
Performance-based incentives + Insurance coverage as per company policy
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of retail insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and channel partners to drive consistent business growth.
Identify, onboard, and nurture new agents to expand the agency network.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to agents to enhance their performance and success.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Prepare, review, and present accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-7 years of proven experience in sales within insurance broking companies (mandatory).
Strong understanding of retail agency channel dynamics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure.
