Core Teaching & Curriculum Duties

Curriculum Delivery

: Teach according to the specific CISCE curriculum, creating year-long maps and ensuring all directives are met.

Lesson Planning

: Design and prepare engaging lessons, incorporating diverse materials and methods suitable for ICSE standards.

Student Engagement

: Go beyond basic instruction to challenge students with analytical tasks, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving.

Classroom Management

: Maintain an organized, safe, and positive learning environment.
Assessment & Monitoring

Assign & Grade

: Set, assign, and meticulously grade homework, classwork, tests, and internal assessments, ensuring timely submission.

Progress Tracking

: Monitor student performance, identify weak areas, and provide remedial support or extension activities.

Reporting

: Prepare and share detailed progress reports, participate in result discussions, and handle exam-related protocols for the ICSE Council.
Professional & Collaborative Duties

Professional Development

: Attend mandatory ICSE training, workshops, and stay updated on curriculum changes and teaching trends.

Parent Communication

: Effectively communicate with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and through regular updates.

Collaboration

: Work collegially with other teachers, HODs, and school staff to support student well-being and school goals.

Extracurriculars

: Contribute to school events, clubs (like literature clubs), and potentially supervise trips or exhibitions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
