Hiring: HR Recruiter (Work From Home)

Company: Right Services Pvt. Ltd.

Shift Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Requirement: Must have own laptop

Eligibility:

Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment (consultancy background mandatory)

Salary:

Up to ?15,000 (First 3 months target-based)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews with clients

Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Maintain recruitment data and reports

Meet daily/weekly hiring targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
