NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and passionate
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on recruitment experience and an understanding of the education/Ed-Tech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process while building a strong talent pipeline to support our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication expectations).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, feedback collection, and final selection.
Conduct reference checks and handle offer negotiation and roll-out.
Maintain talent pool and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Ensure a smooth and positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Draft update job descriptions based on hiring needs.
Stay updated with industry trends, HR hiring tools, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum
6 months of recruitment experience in Ed-Tech / Education sector
.
Good working knowledge of
Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Proficiency in
MS Office and recruitment software / ATS
.
