Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring from sourcing candidates to onboarding them. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, recruitment expertise (especially in EdTech or academic roles), and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles.
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, job postings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
Draft and update job descriptions as per role requirements
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Stay current with industry recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in EdTech or the Education sector).
Strong understanding of hiring processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
A proactive and target-driven approach to hiring.
