Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates.
Strong knowledge in using job portals like LinkedIn or Naukri.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and compliance documentation.
Employee Engagement
Support induction programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
Good communication skill is required.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
