Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible
Hostel Warden
(Head/Assistant) to manage and support students residing in the school hostel. The role involves ensuring discipline, safety, hygiene, and overall well-being of students in a caring and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain discipline and order in the hostel premises.
Ensure safety, health, hygiene, and emotional well-being of students.
Supervise daily routines - wake-up, study hours, meals, and lights-out.
Act as a mentor and provide pastoral care to students.
Maintain attendance and movement registers.
Handle emergencies and coordinate with parents or medical staff as needed.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for cleanliness and infrastructure upkeep.
Ensure hostel rules and school policies are followed.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in hostel/school preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, firm, and student-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle adolescent students with patience and care.
Must be willing to stay on campus full-time.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
