About the Role

We are looking for a

Head of QA

to lead, scale, and evolve our quality assurance function across a dynamic suite of enterprise-grade SaaS products. This is a strategic leadership position for an experienced QA professional skilled in

manual and automation testing

, with strong knowledge of

Python, Vue.js, SQL, and Elasticsearch

. You will define QA standards, drive automation and AI-based testing, and ensure world-class product quality through collaboration with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall

QA strategy, roadmap, and best practices

. Build and lead a

high-performing QA team

covering manual, automation, and performance testing. Develop

robust automation frameworks

compatible with Python & Vue.js stack. Implement and optimize

AI-driven testing solutions

(e.g., Testim, Mabl, etc.) to increase test coverage. Integrate QA checks seamlessly into

CI/CD pipelines

in collaboration with DevOps. Lead

defect management, risk analysis, and release readiness assessments.

Own QA metrics, dashboards, and present quality insights to leadership. Drive continuous improvement in QA tools, processes, and methodologies. Ensure consistent testing standards and documentation across product lines. Champion a

"quality-first" culture

across engineering and product teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in

Software QA

, ideally in

SaaS product environments

. Proven experience in

leading QA teams

in

Agile/DevOps

setups. Expertise in

manual and automation testing

. Strong hands-on knowledge of tools/frameworks such as

Selenium, PyTest, Postman, JMeter

. Advanced

SQL

and experience with

Elasticsearch

in testing workflows. Experience testing

Python-based backends

and

Vue.js frontends

. Familiarity with

AI-based testing tools

(e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl). Knowledge of

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. QA Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) are a plus.
