Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Job Title: Head of Human Resources Department: Human Resources Reports to: Managing Director HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and operational efficiency. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles, ensuring manpower availability as per production needs. Employee & Industrial Relations: Maintain positive labour relations, handle grievances, and ensure a harmonious workplace. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.). Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices in industrial environments. Performance Management: Drive performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based) and provide frameworks for employee evaluation and growth. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance productivity and safety. Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits, and rewards to attract and retain talent while maintaining cost efficiency. HR Operations: Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and transparency. HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and report HR KPIs such as absenteeism, attrition, productivity, and compliance. Also include knowledge of ISO Standards 9001, 14001 and ,45001 10+ years of HR experience, preferably with 5+ years in a manufacturing setup. Experience in managing large-scale blue-collar workforce and union negotiations.
