International Voice Process Required: Excellent Communication in English Role: Customer Support - Domain Health Care Location: Chennai-Vadapalani Salary for freshers Rs.15000-18000 CTC no pf & ESI fixed take home salary Different experience profile considering Shift Timing - 8 PM - 5 AM, 9 PM-6 PM , 5 30 PM- 2 30 AM No Shift Allowance Cab will be provided within 25km Insurance applicable for only employer Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate (Engineering and PG graduate not eligible) Engineering graduate with relevant experience in International Voice Process can apply : \xc2\xb7 Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification. \xc2\xb7 Denial documentation and further action. \xc2\xb7 Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients. \xc2\xb7 Working on the outstanding claims reports/account receivable reports received from the client or generated from the specific client software. \xc2\xb7 Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (Insurance Follow UP, Patient calling, Provider outreach program etc. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the individual daily logs. \xc2\xb7 Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs. \xc2\xb7 Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals. \xc2\xb7 Compliance with Medusind\xe2\x80\x99s Information Security Policy, client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, company\xe2\x80\x99s quality system and policies. \xc2\xb7 Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner.
