Communicate effectively with the potential candidates through telephone and email.
Schedule and coordinate for interviews
Update the Recruitment Managing system
Keep contact with candidates till they join
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Any Graduate /Specialization in HR / MBA Experience:
Prior experience of working with Recruitment Agencies.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Knowledge:
Good English Communication skills Verbal and written
Analytical & Logical thoughts process
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Should be able to communicate with candidates through email & call.
Interpersonal Skills.
