Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies Identify, research, and cultivate new funding prospects (individuals, foundations, and corporations) Plan and coordinate fundraising events (virtual and in-person) Maintain donor database and ensure accurate recordkeeping and acknowledgment of contributions Write compelling grant proposals, sponsorship pitches, and fundraising materials Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives Track campaign performance and prepare reports on fundraising outcomes and donor metrics Build and nurture relationships with major donors and recurring contributors
