Harmony United Psychiatric Care is a healthcare company based in Florida, USA. We provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment in the state of Florida, USA through networks of clinics and online telehealth platforms. We have high-quality mental health professionals on our team including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, among others. Our providers and medical team prioritize patient care and are well supported by warm and high-quality staff.

We have contracted a company based in Hyderabad, India, Harmony United Medsolutions, PVT. LTD. to provide assistance in the different aspects of operations of our company in the USA. We are currently hiring for the position of \xe2\x80\x9cFresher for Research & Development Department\xe2\x80\x9d who can join us immediately for our Hyderabad location.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute new ideas for the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth.
• Use their knowledge of the company, its products, and services to look for new ways to improve product quality, and client experience and implement new products/services.
• Conduct research to optimize the internal processes for our employees as well as our clients.
• Conduct research on new technologies available in the market that will boost companies\xe2\x80\x99 overall efficiency and performance.
• Conduct research on ideas that will improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and performance.
• Should be able to create content, and training videos, as per the company requirements.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
• Develop and provide key reports to management weekly and monthly.
• Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.
• Problem-solving and Critical thinking tasks
• Creative and strategically thinking responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering/Technology from a reputed college.
• You must have completed your high school education from English Medium School.
• You must have scored at least 80% in your 10th and 12th examinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• No Cab Facility Available.

• Fixed Night Shift: 6:30 pm to 5:30 am

• Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)

• Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
