Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

You'd diagnose problems, identify the root cause, and guide users through solutions.

Clear and Professional Communication:

You'd need to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Escalating Complex Issues:

If you're unable to resolve an issue, you'd escalate it to higher-level support personnel.
Other Responsibilities:

Incident Recording & Management:

You'd keep records of customer interactions and issues in a ticketing system.

Following SOPs:

You'd need to adhere to standard operating procedures for handling customer inquiries.

Staying Updated:

You'd need to stay informed about new software, hardware, and technologies to provide effective support.

Potential for Up-selling:
