Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.

• Present menus, provide detailed information, and offer thoughtful recommendations upon request.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders, coordinate with the cashier to generate KOTs, and input order details into the POS system.

• Serve meals and drinks promptly and in a courteous manner.

• Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or feedback.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, respectful, and consistently positive demeanor.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

• Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and change.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant service or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Openness to learning, following procedures, and adapting to dynamic situations.
