Machine Operation & Setting
Set up and operate
Vertical Machining Centre (VMC)
machines as per job requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CNC programs, and process sheets.
Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
Perform program offsets, tool offsets, and minor editing when required.
Ensure first-piece approval and maintain consistent quality throughout production.
Quality & Inspection
Measure and inspect components using
Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge
and other measuring instruments.
Maintain dimensional accuracy as per customer specifications.
Record inspection results and follow in-process quality standards.
Report deviations, rejections, or abnormalities immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
