Hiring for Customer Support Executive in International Voice Process

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our international voice support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from global customers, resolving queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a BPO or call center is preferred but not mandatory. Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts is essential.
