Clearly explain the company's products/services and address basic client queries.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads consistently to nurture interest and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Schedule product demos or discovery calls for senior sales representatives when needed
