Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process supporting a global process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound voice calls from international customers Resolve customer queries related to services and products Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Follow process guidelines and quality standards Maintain accurate call documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process Excellent communication skills in English Versant Score: C1 (US Voice) Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary Package:

Up to ₹35,000 per month

Work Schedule:

5.5 days working Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

Cab Facility:

Males: ₹180 per night shift reimbursement Females: One-sided cab facility during odd hours
