Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process Provide Excellent customer service to clients across different time zones Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Graduate/Undergraduate degree Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required) Candidates with 0-12 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply
