Key Responsibilities
- Complete welding and gas cutting tasks within specified timeframes while adhering to safety procedures
- Perform fitting tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to hygiene standards
- Weld materials using correct techniques and specialized machinery
- Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors
- Enforce strict safety regulations and monitor machinery usage and temperature
- Weld components in various positions and embrace the company's vision
- Actively work on waste reduction and comply with company policies and procedures
- Support and promote the highest standards of hygiene within the company's group
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder.
Must have experience specifically in the food manufacturing industry.
Must be a Utility Welder (not structural).
TIG welding expertise is mandatory.
Trade Certificate in Welding from a recognized institute.
Proficiency in multiple welding techniques: TIG, MIG, Arc, and Oxy-fuel welding.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of both manual and mechanical welding processes.
