Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission queries.
Follow up with prospective students/parents from inquiry to admission closure.
Maintain a systematic database of leads and track progress.
Counselling & Guidance
Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, admission process, fee structure, and facilities.
Address queries, doubts, and concerns of parents and students.
Guide students in choosing the right program based on their interest and eligibility.
Conversion & Admissions
Persuade and motivate leads to visit the campus and complete admission formalities.
Support the admission team in achieving enrollment targets.
Share timely updates with the admission counsellors/management about lead conversion status.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with the marketing and admission teams for campaigns and follow-ups.
Send admission-related information through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or emails.
Update parents and students about events, orientation, and admission deadlines.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and admission conversion data.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to the management.
Ensure proper documentation of student records and maintain confidentiality.
Other Responsibilities
Stay updated with the institution's offerings, new programs, and admission policies.
Provide feedback from parents/students to improve the counselling process.
Uphold professionalism, courtesy, and patience during interactions.
