Update client information and call status in the CRM system.
Work closely with the business development team to meet monthly targets.
Maintain a positive attitude and ensure high-quality communication at all times.
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication in English and Tamil.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Good listening and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
