Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Manager to support a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our HR department runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including offer roll-outs. Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital). Draft and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, increment, and relieving letters. Ensure confidentiality and compliance in document handling.

3. Compliance & Statutory Management

Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory compliances. Make salary of every month. Coordinate with compliance consultants and keep records updated. File monthly/annual statutory returns as required.

4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

5. Employee Engagement & Support

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.

6. HR Policy Implementation

Assist in implementing and enforcing company HR policies. Help ensure workplace discipline, safety, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 3-5 years of HR experience, depending on the role level. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
