multiple impactful roles

at our Thane Lighthouse centre:

Open Positions:

1.

Spoken English cum Digital Trainer

Deliver engaging training sessions focused on English communication and basic digital literacy. Guide students in improving their workplace readiness and technology use. Customize teaching techniques to suit diverse learning needs.
2.

Outreach Coordinator

Mobilize youth from nearby underserved communities and build strong rapport with families. Act as a role model and explain program benefits clearly and convincingly. Ensure maximum and eligible enrolment in line with program goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Based in or near

Thane

, with the ability to join immediately. Relevant educational background and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & English preferred). Deep empathy for community development and youth empowerment.
