Roles and responsibilities:

Manage and recruit an open market team. Track and assess team performance regularly. Support the team in meeting and exceeding their sales goals. Execute sales initiatives to expand market reach. Collaborate with internal teams to boost agency effectiveness. Plan and conduct training programs and skill-building workshops. Recognize performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements:

2-4 years' experience with at least 1 years of strong sales experience in Any industry. Strong sales management experience in negotiation and closing. Bachelor's degree in any fields.
