Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Educational/Insurance Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong client relationships. This role requires expertise in sales leadership, market expansion, and team management within the education or insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Establish and implement policies to enhance sales performance and customer acquisition.
Team Management & Development:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Set sales goals, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement incentive programs to drive motivation.
Business Development & Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to maximize value.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
