1. Creating out new sales opportunities through cold calling/networking/social media
2. Making Visits/Meetings with potential clients & listen to their requirements
3. Prepare & deliver appropriate presentations on the Projects
4. Display and market real property to possible buyers
5. Creating reports & reviews with Sales & Financial Data
6. Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects
7. Negotiate/close deals by proper handling of complaints or objections
8. Conducting market review/studies and analyzing competitor\'s activities thereby devising strategies
9. Maintain and update listings of available properties
