Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate data using

Google Sheets

and

Microsoft Excel

. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and solid experience in data entry, reporting, and sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. Create, update, and maintain reports and sales trackers using

Google Sheets

and

Excel

. Monitor and manage customer orders, follow up with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain and organize sales documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Prepare and analyze sales data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery updates. Coordinate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes. Help schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare presentations for sales meetings. Ensure CRM and sales databases are up to date and accurate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in

Google Sheets

and

Microsoft Excel

, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Excel Charts) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
